Elevate Hub is an internal tool operated by Elevate Realty Group, a team operating under Real Broker in Alberta. Access is granted individually by ERG. Accounts are not transferable, and sharing your sign-in with anyone — inside or outside the team — is not permitted.
The Hub, its design and code, and the training material, scripts, templates, checklists and documents reachable through it are the property of Elevate Realty Group or its licensors. They are made available to you for your work as a member of this team, and for nothing else.
You may not copy, download for redistribution, screenshot for circulation, republish, resell, or use this material to build a competing product or program. This continues to apply after you leave the team.
To run the Hub we hold your name, your work email, your role on the team, the date you last opened the Hub, which resources have been shared with you, and anything you send through the feedback form. Feedback submissions also include your browser and screen size, which helps diagnose a problem you have reported.
We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. It is used to operate the Hub and to decide what to build next.
The Hub runs on Supabase, a third-party hosting provider. Service providers located outside Canada may be involved in storing or processing this information, which means it can be accessible to the courts and law enforcement of those jurisdictions.
Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act, you may request our written policy on the use of service providers outside Canada, and ask how your information is handled, by contacting clientcare@elevaterealtygroup.ca.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be removed when you leave the team. Requests go to clientcare@elevaterealtygroup.ca and we will respond within the timelines PIPA requires.
Some material reachable through the Hub is licensed from others rather than owned by ERG, including board and brokerage forms and purchased training material. Those items carry their own terms, and the licence covers your own use as a member of this team and nothing further.
The Hub is provided as-is for internal use. Access can be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, including when someone leaves the team. Resources may be added, edited or removed without notice.
Anything about these terms, your account, or the material in the Hub goes to the Director of Client Care at clientcare@elevaterealtygroup.ca.
